Department of Horticulture
The Department of Horticulture was established in Sri Mekapati Goutham Reddy Agricultural College, Udayagiri, SPSR Nellore district during December 2022. The main objective of the Department of Horticulture is to impart basic fundamental knowledge in horticultural crops and provide an insight to different technologies in horticultural crops for food & nutritional security and sustainability in the farming sector.
The Department of Horticulture offers Eight Undergraduate courses with a credit load of 19 in the four years of Ag. B.Sc. (Hons) degree programme.
